Installation error An error occurred while trying to install or update your application. While we don't have more information about the error at this point, you can help us investigate by providing us with a log. Follow these steps (Windows users only): Download and install our debug tool, Sawbuck. Open the Sawbuck application. Go to Log > Configure Providers. Set "Omaha" to "Verbose". Go to Log > Capture. Run the installer that you had encountered the error again. Wait for the error to occur. Go back to Sawbuck and click Edit > Select All. Go to Edit > Copy. Paste the log file in the contact form below: Paste the log file in the box below. You can remove any sensitive personal information that you don't want to share, such as Windows log in name, before submitting the form. * Email * Required field
